This book was sexy and fun. Nothing like setting out to lose you V card, only to find out you lost it to your brothers much older best friend. I can’t imagine how that went lol. But then the two make a pact when they get snowed in. I mean why not right? Hook up until the snow melts? Why not? But it went so much farther than that.
This story had me laughing and swooning, and just totally enjoying the whole thing. It was such a good read that I read it in one sitting.

I love coffee and I love a good coffee shop romance, so this one was right up my alley. I ended up relating to Hazel more than I expected, especially when it came to her exes. Some of that felt a little too real at times, which honestly just made me root for her even more.
And Beck? Total godsend. I loved the way he showed up for Hazel and the way their relationship developed. Also, I’ll admit the “good girl” thing can sometimes be a bit much for me, but here it was perfect. Not cringey at all—just chef’s kiss.
Such a fun, cozy romance. I loved it! ☕️

I absolutely loved this book. There was tension, yearning, heartbreak, secrets, and pure devastation all packed in there. I definitely teared up more than a few times while reading it. One of my favourite things was how it really drove home that just because you’re strong, doesn’t mean you always have to be, and it’s ok to let others help you carry the heavy things. Literally the only “bad” thing I could think of about the book was that there were a few little editing things I noticed, but they were minimal enough and the book still hit me so hard that even that wouldn’t deter my rating. Part of me definitely hopes this series continues. 🤭
